As a wedding photographer, I am in a very privileged position and I get to see so many awesome venues and I thought I would like to provide a little spotlight on some of my favourites. 

First up, Goldstone Hall Hotel.

This place is AMAZING. This award winning wedding venue is a Georgian manor house with perfectly manicured gardens, rose walk and kitchen garden set in the Shropshire countryside. Inside you’ll find open fires, antiques combined with modern furnishings and spacious bedrooms. Plus whatever the weather – this place is fantastic as the interior is just as lovely as outside. Their food has been recognised by AA and they strive to use locally sourced produce. The staff are second to none and work like a well oiled machine ensuring your big day goes without a hitch. Whether it’s the manor house itself or the marquee for your reception, you won’t be disappointed. 

The twelve individually designed bedrooms are light and airy – ideal for your bridal preparation photographs.

If getting married here, you can hold your ceremony in The Oak Pavillion – a stunning building made of reclaimed oak and sandstone with a roaring fire inside to take the chill out of an autumn/winter wedding. Following your ceremony, Goldstone provides the perfect setting for some beautiful photographs of you, your friends and family.

I never tire of photographing weddings here and I’ll be back again this summer – I can’t wait!
