Newly qualified doctor Louise and her husband Rich got married last Summer at the stunning St Luke’s church in Hodnet and held a huge marquee reception at Louise’s family home and dairy farm in the Shropshire countryside.
Although the weather might have been a little bit wet at times it didn’t stop this pair from embracing the day and having the best time.
Louise wore a stunning bridal gown with a lace detail bodice, capped sleeves and full skirt. The bridesmaids wore beautiful lilac gowns with stunning cutaway back detail and capped sleeves and all the girls carried bouquets of white roses, lilac and gypsophila.
At the marquee, the huge ceiling centre piece had been handcrafted by the bride and her mother, as well as a huge welsh dresser filled with sweet treats, floral details and knick knacks. The table centre pieces were candles, flowers and polaroids of the couple in various places they have visited together. Their cake was covered in lilac flowers and featured two horses on top as a nod to Louise being a competing showjumper.
After fantastic speeches by the father of the bride, the groom and his best man with a special video message from footballer Ashley Young it was time for dancing, partying and an impromptu game of cricket.
Much love to this pair, here’s a few of my faves…
