On Jo and Will’s wedding day it rained. A lot. Like all day. The only time it didn’t rain was for about 20 minutes during the afternoon. It’s always challenging dealing with wet weather and it’s the one part of a wedding that you cannot do anything about so I love how relaxed and laid back Jo and Will were about the elements and how it didn’t stop them from having a blast.
I first met up with Jo and Will over a coffee where we chatted about our love of good ‘bad’ movies, our slight obsession with Christmas and the proposal that didn’t quite go to plan but instead saw the couple in A&E thanks to a sea urchin! I knew this wedding would be ace and couldn’t wait to work with this lovely pair.
Following the ceremony at St Georges church, they chose Telford wedding venue Madeley Court, a 16th century manor house set within secluded grounds, for their reception. Friends and family travelled from all over the UK and even from the other side of the world to watch this pair say “I do” and to celebrate with them.
Here’s just a small selection of this superb big day…
Absolute beautiful photos looks like you had an amazing day x
