So over August Bank Holiday 2015, it rained.

A lot.

So much so that Gayle & Neil’s outdoor ceremony at The Albright Hussey Hotel had to be brought indoors at the last minute. Despite the downpour, their wedding day was beautiful and I had a fantastic time shooting this one. Not just two people getting married, but rather a wonderful joining of two awesome families officially coming together. Here are a few of my favourites…

When I’m not shooting people in love you can find me at home, probably drinking too much coffee, eating cake and watching a film. My husband and I hold a lot of our conversations in film quotes. We’re kind of film geeks. After ten years of photographing almost 200 couples who love the bones of each other, I’m still in love with weddings and I would love to hear more about yours.

    For anyone reading Nicola’s blog considering her as their wedding photographer, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
