Oh Emily and Rob, you dear sweet people! I’ve been dying to photograph a wedding at Iscoyd Park pretty much ever since I started wedding photography and thanks to the new Mr & Mrs Hosker, I got the chance this June. The main house dates back to 1737 and to say it is stunning would be a huge understatement. The grounds, the building, the decor…it’s superb. Add to this the fact that Emily’s mom is a flower wholesaler so the entire place looked flawless with hydrangeas, roses and thistle.
The girls got ready just down the road at a beautiful B&B called Willington Lodge and headed to Iscoyd for the finishing touches. Guests arrived as a cricket match played out on the estate and before long the moving ceremony took place in the garden room as the Dotted Crochets string quartet played. Canapes courtesy of The Fine Dining Co were served both inside and out thanks to the Great British weather so a mixture of indoors and outdoors photos followed. The evening reception got underway super quickly thanks to the awesome musical genius that is Hipster and the dance floor stayed full for the rest of the night.
Much love to you Emily & Rob, the bar for weddings at Iscoyd has been set extremely high! xxx
