Happy Valentines Day!

I’m still catching up on weddings from last year to blog and today I’m going back to October last year. But we kind of need to go back to June 2016 for the start of this story when I shot the wedding of James and Lisa. Their maid of honour, Yasmin, was funny, kind and ensured her best mate had a blast on her wedding day. In fact the whole crowd were beyond lovely. Fast forward to October 2017, I got to shoot Yasmin’s very own wedding.

Yasmin & Scott chose Haughton Hall in Shifnal as their wedding venue. It is a huge Grade II listed country house built in the 18th Century that has previously been a private residence, a school and more recently a hotel and very popular wedding venue.

One of my favourite highlights from this gorgeous Autumn wedding was how lovely their families are; especially seeing how emotional Yasmin’s dad got when he saw her as a bride. I’ve always enjoyed this bit of the day and I always get a bit teary.
