This wedding at Haughton Hall in Shifnal is one of my favourites from this Summer. Not just because Rhian and Alasdair are ace people, not just because they have some of the nicest friends and families, not just because they brought along their own confetti cannons and not just because they had the most fun lawn games and an impromptu game of FootGolf…it’s all of those things and more. At our first meeting we spent more time talking about 80’s movies and American football (Al plays for Tamworth Phoenix and will be a part of the GB squad taking on Russia next month) than we did the wedding and I knew back then this one would be brilliant.

The hazy June sunshine ensured an outdoor ceremony at Haughton Hall followed by ice cream, slightly competitive lawn games and couple of rounds of very competitive FootGolf. Oh and for their first dance? Ex ballet dancer Rhian made a choreographed routine to Walk The Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance With Me” look easy! Much love to the new Mr & Mrs Jarvis x
