Some weddings are all singing, all dancing, full on BIG weddings. Mel and Mark’s wedding day definitely felt like a BIG wedding. From the country manor house venue, the entourage of bridesmaids and groomsmen, the epic surprise of singing waiters, all topped off with a gorgeous fireworks display. Above all else, this wedding was fun. Really bloody good fun.

These childhood sweethearts chose their venue, The Albright Hussey Manor House near Shrewsbury as it offered a private outdoor ceremony area. Mark’s surprise proposal took place on holiday in Lanzarote in 2014 as the couple sat out under the stars enjoying cocktails overlooking the sand and sea.

On the wedding day, their son, Tyler, walked Mel down the aisle. After the meal, Mel and her bridesmaids surprised everyone when the singing waiters they had booked, made their entrance. The couple chose Ed Sheeran “Perfect” for their first dance before heading out to enjoy the amazing fireworks display – just stunning!
