Love wins. Always. I am just a little bit in love with this wedding! Chloe and Becky chose Aston Marina near Stone for their February wedding. Despite it still being winter they actually lucked out with lovely bright weather but it was very cold and windy.

The Boathouse at Aston Marina offers modern design with huge wrap around windows providing a very light and airy feel to it’s minimalistic space within the middle of Staffordshire.

I love that this pair chose to get ready together with their moms and bridesmaids with refreshments of Hooch on hand to steady any nerves. Gifts from moms were given to the brides and inside one of the cards it read “look after my baby girl”. The brides each got one another into their dresses before making an emotional entrance into their ceremony where they exchanged personalised vows and then made their exit to Phil Collins. They braved the chill and we got some gorgeous portraits outside of these two.

Speeches were everything you’d want from a wedding; funny, emotional and ultimately filled with love for the couple from Becky’s dad, Chloe’s uncle and both of their sisters and the brides themselves.

With the time of year it gets dark fairly early so we headed out again to get some OCF portraits before hitting the dancefloor to more Phil Collins.
