Delbury Hall Wedding – Ellie & Adam

Feb 3, 2017

Ellie and Adam are such a cool, stylish and fun couple – this November wedding was awesome. They picked Delbury Hall as their wedding venue, an imposing Georgian Manor house dating back to around 1752 nestled on the outskirts of Ludlow, not too far from where Adam grew up. As the couple now live in London most of our correspondence was done via email and Skype and right from our first chat I knew this wedding would be amazing.

Winter weddings can sometimes be tricky as you’re more likely to be fighting for the light and the weather gods may not be on your side but I need not have worried as the weather was gorgeous, plus it was bonfire night so fireworks and sparklers were in order!

Here’s just a small selection from this amazing wedding including the coolest bridesmaid dresses, amazing flowers, life-size cardboard cut out of the groom on his stag do, hilarious speeches and fireworks…swoon!

When I’m not shooting people in love you can find me at home, probably drinking too much coffee, eating cake and watching a film. My husband and I hold a lot of our conversations in film quotes. We’re kind of film geeks. After ten years of photographing almost 200 couples who love the bones of each other, I’m still in love with weddings and I would love to hear more about yours.
