Buckatree Hall Hotel Wedding – Lucy & Mark

Nov 21, 2014

I first met Lucy & Mark at a wedding fayre held at The Buckatree Hall Hotel in June 2013, a little more than a year until their wedding day, and right from the off, I really liked them and hoped they would book as I knew their wedding would be ace to photograph. Well, they did and it was. Sometimes you meet people and you just kind of ‘click’. They were so cool to hang out with, so much fun to be around and clearly besotted with each other. They also have some amazing friends and family which helps make everything awesome too. Big thanks to Jamie Ricketts for assisting on this one with me. When I’m not shooting people in love you can find me at home, probably drinking too much coffee, eating cake and watching a film. My husband and I hold a lot of our conversations in film quotes. We’re kind of film geeks. After ten years of photographing almost 200 couples who love the bones of each other, I’m still in love with weddings and I would love to hear more about yours.
